I hope your New Year welcoming banged because mine certainly did. 

'Twas the livest ever. 

I spent it as church as usual and we praised as the clock got midnight. Then we praised partied for ages after. 

I woke up as if I had a hangover but nah, the partying was so real. 

I feel as though I should start actively writing what happens to me now because I can't even really remember 2014. 

But I can only thank God for what I do remember because three pivotal things happened:

1. My faith grew and I moved closer to God

2. I started a blog 

3. I got into university

All of these things were a long time coming and I'm just grateful to God that they happened because at one point or the other, not all of them seemed likely. 

Here would be a good time to delve into that but I think I'd prefer to dedicate a post to it, rather than a couple of lines. 

Anyway, I am very much looking forward to this new year, one filled with:

 hope, prosperity, joy, peace and hard work amongst other things. 

And I hope the same for you.
