Your girl's been away from a while but I'm back to let you what's been up with me.

The main thing, is that I was in a play.
Yeah, in case you didn't know, your girl has strong roots in the thee-air-tar - shout out to the Blue Elephant Theatre where I started my journey as a shy child - and as a part of YiA, a Christian theatre group, we performed two sold out shows of 'Identity', at the Questors Theatre.

In all seriousness, it was one of the best experiences ever, albeit really time consuming but so full of fun, energy and love. Working with my family and doing this for the Lord was such an amazing feeling.
If you were at the play, thank you so much for coming, I'm sure you were blessed and entertained.

In terms of cinema releases, I've still been keeping up as you can see on the movie sidebar over on the right hand side. I recently purchased a snazzy phone tripod and hope to film some things for my blog alongside my writing.

September's screening was a cool treat that came courtesy of Channel 4 who invited me down for a secret screening of Blair Witch at their headquarters. I went with my homegirl Natalie and we were shook the whole way through but after the film had ended, we both agreed that it really wasn't that good of a movie. It relied way too heavily on jump scares and I'm so over the whole 'I'm holding a camera so my horror movie looks authentic' thing.

Anyhoo, it was lovely catching up with you, we should do it again sometime.


*yo, maybe my paragraph didn't do it justice but honestly, all the glory goes to God, Identity was one of the best experiences of my life. Love my family always. Aw I'm all sentimental and that.
